PCTEL Supplies Antennas for New York Subway

   Bloomingdale, Illinois  --  Telecommunications company PCTEL (NASDAQ: PCTI) announced that it has supplied wireless antennas for phase 2 expansion of the New York subway wireless network.

As a result, wireless and Wi-Fi service is now available at 11 new stations in Manhattan and will be soon available in 29 stations throughout Queens.

A total of 76 stations will be online in the coming weeks.

The MIMO antennas support all cellular carriers and Wi-Fi and upon completion will extend coverage to all New York subway underground stations.
