Hitachi And OpGen Launch Early Access Program

   Gaithersburg, Maryland  --  Hitachi High-Technologies Corp. and OpGen announced the introduction of an early access program for its human chromosome mapping analytical service.

Called Human Chromosome Explorer, the service combines OpGen's Whole Genome Mapping technology with a suite of bio informatics and data management applications from Hitachi.

The service will enable customers to receive high resolution, high fidelity whole genome maps produced for human samples.

These maps include automated, comprehensive reports of structural variations across the human genome, delivered via a cloud-based service.
