Panasonic Launches Rugged 7 Inch Android Tablet

   Newark, New Jersey  --  Computing technology company Panasonic has announced the launch of a new rugged 7-inch Android operating system tablet.

Called the Toughpad FZ-B2, the tablet is designed for field-based workforces such as field service, inspections, reporting or a substitute for clipboards and pen and paper based systems.

The device runs Android 4.4 operating system  and includes enhanced enterprise features with higher capacity batteries, a touchscreen that works with the use of gloves as well as a range of configuration options.

The Toughpad also features a fully sealed dust and water resistant design, which promises to provide a longer life cycle and lower total cost of ownership.
