Paragon Bio Closes $13 Million Venture Capital Round

   Baltimore, Maryland  --  Biopharmaceutical technology company Paragon Bioservices has received $13 million in its Series A round of investment.

Paragon provides a range of preclinical target validation services, process development and scale up production for early phase clinical trials.

NewSpring Capital and Camden Partners co-led the round.

The company said it would use the funding to accelerate its growth initiatives.
