Savara Pharma Nets More Venture Capital

   Austin, Texas  --  Savara Pharmaceuticals has landed $10 million in new venture capital investment.

Savara is developing novel respiratory therapeutics using its NanoCluster dry powder aerosol drug delivery system.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

Savara said it will use the additional financing to support continued development of its AeroVanc system for people with Cystic Fibrosis who often struggle with persistent MRSA infection.
