Avaamo Nets Large Seed Venture Capital Round

   Los Altos, California  --  Mobile technology company Avaamo has received $6.3 million in seed stage venture capital investment.

Avaamo is developing what it calls simple, secure business messaging for mobile devices in enterprises.

WI Harper led the round, which also included Rembrandt Venture Partners, Streamlined Ventures and other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the funding to launch and promote its mobile messaging app.
