Accelerate Michigan Competition Announces Winners

   Detroit, Michigan  --  The Accelerate Michigan Innovation Competition has announced the winners of its fifth annual event.

The $500,000 grand prize went to a drone safety software company called Sky Specs.

Second place, which received a prize of $100,000, was achieved by Cribspot, a website that "aims to revolutionize how college students find and manage their off-campus housing."

Nine other sector-specific prizes of $25,000 were awarded to companies as part of the program.
