LiveOps Launches New Agent Platform

   Redwood City, California  --  Contact center technology company LiveOps has announced the launch of a new agent recruitment system.

The new system aims to "provide independent agents with even more opportunities to showcase their skills, build on their existing certifications and further enhance agent knowledge and productivity."

The new platform promises to help candidates target work opportunities and answer their most common questions about those opportunities.

The company will also launch its LiveOps University 2.0 companion social learning ecosystem as an additional resource to agents.

LiveOps says that it currently manages over 20,000 home-based, independent agents in the fields of inbound sales, insurance sales, insurance claims, health care and customer service.
