Estimize Nets Venture Capital Debt Funds

   New York, New York  --  Software technology company Estimize has secured $350,000 in venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Estimize is developing a financial platform that enables financial professionals such as analysts, investors and corporate finance professionals to contribute their earnings estimates for public companies.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Estimize is still seeking $150,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
