CiRBA Collects Venture Capital Debt

   New York, New York  --  Software technology company CiRBA has received $6.225 million in venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

CiRBA has developed predictive analytics software for policy-based control of virtual and cloud infrastructure in data centers.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

CiRBA is backed by a syndicate of venture capital firms.
