EPIX Will Launch Premium TV App on Chromecast

   New York, New York  --  Entertainment network EPIX has announced its intention to launch its  premium television app on Google Chromecast.

Also called EPIX, the app will enable authenticated subscribers to have streaming access to its on-demand mix of over 3,000 premium movies.

EPIX provides a premium movie and original programming entertainment service and has previously launched its application on several online platforms, such as XBOX 360, PlayStation, iOS, Android and Windows 8.1.

EPIX is a joint venture between Viacom, Lionsgate and Metro-Goldman-Mayer Studios.
