CellTrust Collects Series A Venture Financing

   Scottsdale, Arizona  --  Mobile software developer CellTrust has landed $10.5 million in its first round of venture capital investment.

CellTrust has developed Secure Mobile Information Management software and related subscription services for consumers and the B2B market.

Kayne Partners made the investment.

The company said it would use the funding proceeds to fulfill customer demand, expand its team and continue building out its infrastructure.
