Yext Makes First International Acquisition

   New York, New York  --  Location information technology company Yext said that it is accelerating its European expansion with a new international acquisition.

The company has acquired Netherlands-based InnerBalloons for $8 million.

The target company provides presence management for 15,000 Dutch businesses.

Yext hopes that the acquisition will also provide it with extensive experience and market knowledge that will help it expand throughout Europe.
