Zettics Debuts Analytics Solution for Network Operators

   Concord, Massachusetts  --  Analytics technology company Zettics has announced a new solution for network operators that combines usage and network data into a single platform.

Called Zettics 9.0, the system provides 10 pre-built insights running on Hadoop to have a 360° view of what subscribers are doing and their experience.

For example, the Customer Experience Management Insight provides hourly reporting on critical KPIs and scores how each subscriber is utilizing the network.

The system also adds functionality for marketing and monetization programs.
