Redwood City, California  --  Medical device technology company CardioDx has secured $35 million in its fourth round of venture capital investment.

CardioDx has developed genomic tests to aid in assessing and tailoring care of individuals with cardiovascular diseases.

AIMco and existing investors made the investment.

The company said the funding would enable it to broaden the commercial use of its Corus CAD blood test that measures the likelihood of obstructive coronary artery disease in symptomatic patients.
