Groundfloor Grabs Venture Equity Funds

   Atlanta, Georgia  --  Financial services technology company Groundfloor has secured $1.57 million in venture investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Groundfloor offers members the ability to invest small sums of money in real estate projects.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

Groundfloor is still seeking $1.025 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
