SoMedia Networks Integrates With MailChimp

Vancouver, British Columbia -- Video production technology company SoMedia Networks (TSX-V:VID) has announced the launch of a new video application for the MailChimp platform.

Called Scalable Video, the application enables users to order custom video content throughout North America, delivered in only 14 days.

The application feeds video performance data into the MailChimp dashboard to provide marketers with measurable ROI on email video campaigns.

SoMedia Networks cited research by eMarketer that adding video to email campaigns increased the amount of time subscriber spent with an email as well as sharing and forwarding of emails.
