   Summerville, South Carolina  --  SCRA Technology Ventures board has approved investments in two South Carolina-based technology companies..

The two companies, GWIG and Wave Sciences, received undisclosed amounts from SCRA as funding for their first financing rounds.

GWIG is developing customer referral technologies for businesses.

Wave Sciences is developing hearing assistive technologies for the hearing aid and consumer electronics markets.
