DeviceAuthority Collects Series A VC

   Fremont, California  --  Security technology firm DeviceAuthority has landed an undisclosed amount in its first round of institutional venture capital investment.

DeviceAuthority provides security and device authentication for multi-factor and machine-to-machine applications.

Alsop Louie Partners led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the proceeds to expand its sales, marketing and channel development initiatives.
