3CLogic Lands $4 Million New Venture Capital

   Rockville, MD  --  Software developer 3CLogic has garnered $4 million in new investment, according to an SEC filing.

3CLogic has created a suite of network and server independent software for call center applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

3CLogic is still seeking $1.26 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
