Duolingo Banks Series C Venture Capital

   Pittsburgh, PA  --  Internet company Duolingo has received $20 million in its third round of venture capital funding.

Duolingo enables users to learn languages in a "gamified" environment that results in better learning.




Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led the round.

The company did not say how the proceeds purposes would be used.
