TradeYa Lands Seed Venture Capital Funding

   Venice, California  --  Internet technology company TradeYa has raised $1.1 million in seed venture capital financing.

TradeYa has created a web-based barter platform that "helps people get whatever they need without having to buy it."

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.
