YouDocs Beauty Lands Venture Equity and Debt

   New York, NY  --  Internet company YouBeauty has raised $1.725 million in venture capital equity and debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

YouBeauty has created a website and service that helps individuals develop authentic beauty, health and wellness.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

YouBeauty is still seeking $1.275 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
