Knowledge Delivery Nets $6 Million VC Funding

   New York, New York  --  Education technology company Knowledge Delivery Systems has received $6 million in new venture capital equity investment.

KDS provides online strategic professional development, state certification, master's degree programs and career advancement education for teachers and administrators.

Edison Ventures led the round which included other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the proceeds to accelerate its sales and marketing initiatives and increase product development.
