Layer3 TV Lands Venture Capital Funding

   Boston, MA  --  Telecommunications company Layer3 TV has received $21 million in Series A venture capital financing.

Layer3 says that it is a next generation cable television technology developer.

The round was co-led by North Bridge Venture Partners and Evolution Media Growth Partners.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
