ACCO Semi Lands Series E Venture Capital

   Sunnyvale, California  --  Fabless semiconductor company ACCO Semiconductor has raised $11.1 million in new venture capital equity financing, according to an SEC filing.

ACCO develops CMOS RF semiconductor solutions for the wireless industry.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

ACCO is still seeking $5.3 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
