BAE Systems Launches Secure Data Tool

McLean, VA  --  Data technology company BAE Systems has announced the launch of a new tool that simplifies secure data collaboration and dissemination for government and enterprises.

Called SIBA, the security solution uses STOP 7, the company's low-level security architecture already in use by the Department of Defense as its security choice for cross-network data transfer.

The system enables agencies in the intelligence community to migrate data to shared repositories, enabling better sharing with other departments.

SIBA does this by enabling analysts to tag specific sections of classified documents to define need-to-know access for other personnel and other access environments.
