Cytogel Pharma Lands Venture Capital Debt

   Darien, CT  --  Biopharma development company Cytogel Pharma has raised $240,000 in venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC filing.

Cytogel is focused on "acquiring promising early-stage programs that offer significant potential both as platform technologies and high value product candidates."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Cytogel is still seeking $870,000 in additional debt financing, according to the filing.
