Disconnect Launches Improved Search Product

   Palo Alto, California  --  Internet technology company Disconnect has announced the launch of a new faster and more secure search product.

Called Disconnect Search, the application routes user searches through its own servers, anonymizing the searches.

In addition, search engines are prevented from passing keywords to sites, all queries are encrypted and Disconnect says that it does not log any keywords, personal information or IP addresses.

The company offers its service on the Web as well as via an Android app.
