Forerun Captures Venture Capital Equity

   Waltham, Massachusetts  --  Software technology company Forerun has received $500,000 in venture capital funding, according to an SEC filing.

Forerun is developing software for Emergency Department Information System applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

Forerun is still seeking $250,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
