AdvanDx Adds $12 Million Series B Financing

   Woburn, Massachusetts  --  Biotechnology testing company AdvanDx has secured $12 million in its second round of venture capital investment.

AdvanDx has developed in vitro diagnostic tests that help diagnose and prevent infectious diseases.

Merck Global Health Innovation Fund led the round, which also included SLS Invest AB and others.

The company said it would use the financing to expand its molecular diagnostic product offerings and expand its presence in the US and internationally.
