LISNR Raises Venture Capital Equity Funds

   Cincinnati, OH  --  Mobile entertainment company LISNR has received $1.5 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC filing.

LISNR has developed mobile technology that "gives artists a new way to connect with their fans."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

The company is backed by a number of investors and has raised in excess of $3 million during the past 12 months.
