Bonfyre Banks Venture Capital Equity Funds

   St. Louis, Missouri  --  Mobile technology company Bonfyre has secured $480,000 in venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Bonfyre has developed a free mobile application that aims to improve how individuals "share better with the people that matter."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Bonfyre is still seeking $1.52 million in additional financing, according to the filing.

The minimum investment increment is $50,000.
