NEOS Launches Geoscience Program in Austin Chalk

   Houston, TX  --  Exploration technology company NEOS has announced the launch of a geoscience program for the Austin Chalk formation.

Austin Chalk is an Upper Cretaceous geologic formation that covers roughly 1,100 square miles in southeast Texas, central Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

The company will assess basin-scale geologic trends, map the regional structure and provide 2-D and 3-D structural and stratigraphic models.

The survey is being executed under a "multi-client commercial model."
