Boombotix Bags Venture Capital Equity

   San Francisco, California  --  Electronics technology company Boombotix has received $1.15 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Boombotix has created a family of portable, wireless audio speakers "tailored to the transient lifestyles of surf, skate and snow culture."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Boombotix is backed by a syndicate of venture capital investors.
