Clustrix Garners New Venture Capital Debt

   Vancouver, Canada  --  IT company Clustrix has received $6 million in new venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Clustrix has developed technology for SQL database owners that enable them to "simply add notes to linearly scale your database," providing the scale-out capabilities of NoSQL for the SQL-based environment.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Company investors with board seats include ATA Ventures (Mike Hodges) and HighBar Partners (Roy Thiele-Sardina).
