Darby Smart Nets Series A Venture Capital

   San Francisco, CA  --  Consumer Internet company Darby Smart has landed $6.3 million in its first round of venture capital funding.

Darby Smart works with Pinterest designers to provide customers with DIY accessories, fashion and home items.

Maveron led the round, which included Forerunner Ventures, CAA Ventures and others.

The company will use the funding to scale its operations and increase participant engagement.
