NovaTract Surgical Nabs Venture Capital Equity Funds

   Madison, CT  --  Medical device company NovaTract Surgical has received $600,000 in venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

NovaTract is developing devices for Single-Port Laparascopic Surgery and Natural Orifice Transluminal Ambos Coptic Surgery applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

NovaTract is still seeking $600,000 in additional financing according to the filing.
