Kamcord Nabs First Venture Round

   Sunnyvale, CA  --  Mobile tech company Kamcord has garnered $7.1 million in its Series A venture capital investment round.

Kamcord is developing gaming engines that expand and enhance mobile gaming features to assist developers in creating more valuable titles.

Translink Capital led the round which included SV Angel, KLab Ventures, Innovation Works, XG Ventures and others.

The company said it would use the proceeds to expand its business development and engineering teams in 2014.
