Monterey, CA  --  Regenesis has announced the launch of a new groundwater remediation system.

Called the PlumeStop Colloidal Biomatrix, the system aims to stop migrating contaminants in groundwater by simultaneously reducing contaminant concentrations and accelerating microbial-driven biodegrading processes.

The technology provides a "first-ever colloidal biomatrix platform" specifically designed to stop matrix back-diffusion.

The treatment program can be applied to streams, rivers, ponds or lakes as well, according to the company.
