Bit Stew Bags Venture Capital Debt

   Burnaby, Canada  --  Software technology company Bit Stew Systems has garnered $3.5 million in new venture capital debt investment.

Bit Stew has created a system, called Grid Director, that assists utilities in deploying, operating, securing and optimizing smart grids.

Silicon Valley Bank created the credit facility.

Bit Stew said it would use the proceeds to invest in its go-to-market strategy.
