SCRA Technology Ventures Details Investments

   Columbia, South Carolina  --  The SCRA Technology Ventures SC Launch has announced investments in two South Carolina-based companies.

PharmRight and TriCap each received approval for investment for the first round of funding from SC Launch.

PharmRight helps patients to adhere to their medication regimens via its automated medication dispensing appliance for use in the home. The appliance is connected to the cloud to provide the physician with adherence monitoring.

TriCap has created a trading platform that enables health systems to value, segment by risk and sell or secure guarantees returns for medical receivables.

The amount of the investments were not disclosed.
