First Solar Launches Two New Technologies

   Tempe, Arizona  --  First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) announced the launch of two new product offerings.

The first, called AC Power Block, is a pre-engineered solar power plant solution that is configurable and can be scaled to address a wide range of project conditions, up to 3.8 MW in size.

The second is called the First Solar Series 4 module and provides up to 8% more energy than conventional crystalline silicon modules with the same power rating and is compatible with 1500 V solar power plant architectures.

First Solar backs the module with a 25 year linear performance warranty.
