Intel Chips Power New Lineup of Chrome Devices

   San Francisco, California  --  Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) announced that its chips are included in the most powerful OEM Chromebook computers announced today.

A number of other companies, including Acer, Lenovo, Toshiba and ASUS announced new Chromebooks to be delivered based on Intel's fourth-generation Core i3 processor.

The new lineup Chrome devices launched today included Intel's Celeron processors based on its Bay Trail-M system-on-chip.

Intel says that the new Chromebooks powered with its Celeron processor can deliver up to 11 hours of battery life.
