OKTA Garners $75 Million Series E Venture Capital

   San Francisco, California  --  Cloud infrastructure company OKTA has received $75 million in its fifth round of institutional venture capital financing.

OKTA provides enterprises with single sign-on and online secure identity management systems.

Sequoia Capital led the round, was also included Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Janus Capital and Altimeter Capital.

The company plans to use the financing to continue expanding geographically and prepare for a medium-term IPO.
