Innovari Receives Series B Venture Capital

   Austin, Texas  --  Software technology company Innovari has raised an undisclosed amount of financing for its Series B round of institutional venture capital funding.

Innovari has developed what it calls its Interactive Energy Platform, which helps utilities to maximize grid performance and consumers to improve their energy usage.

VantagePoint Capital Partners made the investment.

The company says that the investment will enable it to engage strategic partners for additional follow-on funds.
