Quill Launches Idea Crowdsourcing Platform

   Lincolnshire, Illinois  --  SME business product company Quill has announced the launch of a new dedicated crowdsourcing platform for ideas.

Called Quill Ideas, the community solicits and implements business ideas from its customers and employees.

The company soft launched the service two weeks ago and has already received more than 13,000 ideas, votes and comments.

Quill says the initiative is aimed at helping it sustain and improve its customer retention rate of 93%.
