Korn Ferry Launches Talent Management Engine

   Los Angeles, California  --  Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) has announced the launch of a new "talent management engine".

Called Four Dimensions of Leadership & Talent (KF4D), the new technology aims to help companies identify the best talent for their organization's goals.

Also supporting the new effort will be Korn Ferry's assessment database, which contains 2.5 million assessment and profile of 8.5 million candidates.

Korn Ferry says its new capability will provide critical information about each candidate's competency, experience, traits and career drivers.
