Cargomatic Collects Seed Venture Capital

   Los Angeles, California  --  Internet technology company Cargomatic has secured $2.6 million in seed stage venture capital funding.

Cargomatic is developing an online marketplace to connect local shippers with carrier companies who have extra space in their trucks.

The investment syndicate was led by SV Angel, Sherpa Ventures and Morado Venture Partners.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
