Univa Nets Venture Capital Debt Financing

   Hoffman Estates, Illinois  --  IT company Univa has raised $500,000 in venture capital debt, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Univa provides workload management solutions for utility grid operators.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Univa is still seeking $300,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
